Groups
Create and manage user groups in the Admin Panel. Assign members, regions, and wells to control team access across your organization.
User groups bundle members and wells into teams. Groups sit under regions in your organization hierarchy and control which wells each team can access. For how groups differ from tags, see Tagging & Groups.
Open Admin Panel > Groups. You can also reach groups from a region's detail panel when managing that region.
Groups control access. Tags label wells for filtering but do not restrict who can see them. Do not confuse the two.
Create a Group
- Go to Admin Panel > Groups
- Click Create Group
- Enter a Group Name and optional Description
- Assign a Region (groups belong to one region in the hierarchy)

Edit a Group
- Open the group row or click Edit
