Authentication
- Single Sign-On (SSO): SAML 2.0 integration with major enterprise identity providers
- SCIM Provisioning: Automated user provisioning and deprovisioning via SCIM 2.0
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Available and enforceable for all users on all plans
- Password Security: Strong password requirements with automatic account lockout
Access Control
- Role-Based Access (RBAC): Three built-in roles (Admin, Engineer, Viewer) with granular permissions
- Organizational Hierarchy: Data visibility scoped by organizational level
- Tenant Isolation: Users can only access data within their organization
API Security
- API key authentication required for all requests
- All API traffic encrypted via TLS 1.2+
- Keys scoped, rotatable, and revocable
Audit Logging
PetroBench maintains audit logs covering authentication events, data modifications, and administrative actions.
