Custom Pumping Units

Create custom pumping units when your unit isn't in the standard library.

Create a Custom Unit

1. Click the Custom Equipment icon (next to Compare) on a simulation page
2. Click Create Custom Pumping Unit
3. Enter required fields:

4. Add geometric parameters (A-K dimensions)
5. Configure crank positions and stroke lengths
6. Enter gearbox and structural ratings
7. Click Save

Create from Simulation

You can also create custom units while configuring a simulation:

1. In Well Data, select Custom as the unit type
2. Click Create Custom Pumping Unit
3. Complete the form
4. The new unit is immediately available

Using Custom Units

1. In simulation Well Data, select Custom for unit type
2. Choose manufacturer from your custom units
3. Select the model
4. Configure rotation and crank hole

Edit or Delete

• Your Pump Units tab shows units you created
• Company Pump Units tab shows all units in your organization
• Click Edit to modify, Delete to remove
