Company Profile
Edit your organization's identity, headquarters location, and organization-wide preferences from the Admin Panel Company Profile page.
Company Profile in the Admin Panel is where HQ Admin users set the organization's legal identity, headquarters location, and organization-wide defaults. It is not the same as the platform Company browse page.
Open Admin Panel > Organization > Company Profile to edit settings. Only HQ Admin users (and organization owners) can change most fields. Division Admin users do not have this page.
Company Profile is an HQ-level Admin Panel surface. Division Admins manage members, regions, apps, and security inside their division instead.

Use Company Profile to define how the organization appears and behaves. Use Company to monitor activity across the org.
General tab
The General tab captures core identity and headquarters location:

Click Edit on the card, update values, and Save.
Preferences tab
Organization-wide defaults that members can inherit in Profile & Preferences:
- Language (when enabled for your organization)
- Unit System (US Imperial, International, Metric)
- Timezone default
- Regional and security defaults for the organization
Users see an Inherited (or Auto) badge on personal settings that come from the organization. They can override most preferences individually, or choose Use organization default to inherit again.
Key Personnel
Designated organization contacts are managed from Admin Panel > Organization > Key Personnel (HQ Admin). Key personnel may also appear on division and region records.
This is separate from the Contacts directory, which any eligible user can search to find teammates.
