Trial or License Expired
What to do when your PetroBench free trial ends or your organization's license expires, and how to regain access.
If your free trial ends or your organization's subscription lapses, PetroBench shows a Trial Expired or License Expired screen and limits access until it's renewed.
Trial expired
Your free trial has ended. To keep using PetroBench, start a subscription:
- If you manage billing for your organization, choose a plan to continue.
- Otherwise, ask your organization administrator to start or renew the subscription.
License expired
Your organization's subscription has lapsed. An administrator needs to renew it. Until then, access stays limited for everyone in the organization.
Not sure who your administrator is? Email support@petrobench.com and we'll point you to the right person.
No access to an organization
If you see a No Access screen, your membership in that organization may have been removed. If you belong to more than one organization, switch to another from that screen. See Organization Access.
Organization Access
