Forgot Password
Reset your PetroBench password using the forgot password flow. Step-by-step instructions for recovering access to your account.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from the login screen. The whole flow takes a couple of minutes.
Reset your password
- Go to app.petrobench.com/login, enter your email, and click Continue.
- On the password screen, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email and click Send Reset Link.
- A confirmation screen appears. Open the reset email and click Reset Password.
- Enter a new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password. As you type, PetroBench checks each requirement: 12+ characters, an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email. Reset links expire after 60 minutes: request a new one if yours has expired.
Reset link expired or invalid
If you click the link and see an "invalid or expired link" message, the link is no longer usable. This happens when the 60-minute window has passed, the link was already used, or a newer reset email was requested. Go back to app.petrobench.com/login and start the reset again to get a fresh link. Always use the link from the most recent email.
Can't reset with a password?
If you normally sign in without a password, click Trouble signing in? on the login screen, then Email me a sign-in link. We'll email a one-time link that logs you in directly.
SSO users: password resets are managed by your identity provider. Contact your IT administrator for password issues.
