Organization Access

Fix organization access issues in PetroBench. Troubleshoot when you can't see wells, simulations, or data from your team's organization.

If you can't see expected wells or simulations:

  1. Check you're in the correct organization (click org name in sidebar)
  2. Verify your invitation was accepted
  3. Ask your admin to confirm your permissions
  4. Contact support if issue persists

Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to switch between organizations you belong to.

Account Locked
