Tablets
PetroBench works on tablets but is optimized for desktop use. For the best experience when running simulations and viewing detailed outputs, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
Mobile devices are not recommended for simulation work. Use mobile for quick access to view results or check well data only.
Browser Settings
For optimal performance:
- JavaScript: Must be enabled
- Cookies: Must be enabled for authentication
- Pop-ups: Allow pop-ups from app.petrobench.com for PDF downloads
Network Requirements
- Stable internet connection required
- WebSocket support for real-time updates
- If using a corporate network, ensure app.petrobench.com and api.petrobench.com are not blocked
