How to Report a Bug
- Click Question button in the bottom right corner of your screen
- Select Report a Bug
- Fill out the form and submit
What to Include
| Field | Description |
|---|
| What went wrong? | Describe the issue in detail. Include what you were doing and what you expected to happen. |
| Category | Select the area where the bug occurred (RodSim, Wells, Calculators, etc.) |
| Priority | Low, Medium, or High based on impact |
| Contact Email | Pre-filled with your account email for follow-up |
| Screenshots | Upload up to 5 images (PNG, JPG, max 5MB each) |
Press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste screenshots directly from your clipboard.
After Submitting
Our support team reviews bug reports and may reach out via email if additional information is needed.
