Comparison Won’t Create

Compare button is grayed out:
  • Make sure you’ve selected simulations (checkboxes on the left)
  • Selected simulations must have been run at least once
  • You can’t compare simulations from different wells

Comparison Won’t Run

Stuck on “Running” for one scenario: One of the simulations in your comparison might have invalid inputs. Expand the scenario card and look for validation errors. All scenarios fail: There might be a shared issue across all scenarios, like an invalid directional survey. Check the base simulation’s configuration. Some scenarios complete, others fail: Each scenario runs independently. A failure usually means that specific scenario has invalid inputs — check for missing required fields or out-of-range values.

Results Look Wrong

Numbers are identical across scenarios: You might not have actually changed anything between scenarios. Expand each scenario and verify the inputs are different. Results don’t match individual simulation runs: Comparison scenarios are copies — they diverge from the original the moment you start editing them. The comparison results reflect the scenario inputs, not the original simulation.
