This page provides you with an overview of apps that you have purchased, the number of keys available, and gives you the ability to manage those keys per app per user. You can assign users keys up to the total number that you have available. When assigning a user a key you will also be required to select a user role that will dictate the level of access the user has.

Clicking on manage for an app will show that apps information, users and their current key status, and an overview of the user roles available to select.

If you want to give a user access to an application and you have keys left to assign, simply click the assign button next to the user that you want to give access to and select a user role from the drop down.

User roles are pre-defined and can be used to grant or limit the access that a user has within your company. The “Roles” tab provides an overview of each role and what that role can do within your company. When assigning keys to a user simply select the role that you would like for them to have.
